Job summary

lululemon is seeking a seasoned Learning & Leadership/IDEA professional to lead inclusion, diversity, equity & actions programs across APAC. You will partner with global IDEA to shape strategy, tailor country plans, and educate leaders on inclusive behaviors across 11 markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years solid training experience, coaching and instructional design, and 8+ years in diversity, inclusion & equity work or roles.
• Advanced education in psychology, sociology, organizational behavior/development, cognitive behaviors and/or diversity studies.
• Comfort with professional and academic studies with a focus on research application.
• Project Management: proactive, highly motivated and collaborative with ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills; strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement inclusion, diversity, equity & actions (IDEA) programs across APAC.
• Collaborate with global IDEA and regional partners to execute IDEA strategy across 11 APAC markets.
• Educate and advise leaders to champion IDEA behaviors and goals.
• Update program assets and learning materials for accuracy and impact.
• Curate and author content to elevate diversity and inclusion programs.
• Represent the department as a subject-matter expert at events on IDEA topics.
• Engage with business partners and leaders to align with IDEA strategy and success measures.
• Gather industry research to identify gaps and strengthen IDEA programs.
• Serve as an internal expert on diversity, inclusion and equity trends and data.
• Collaborate with Communications to build frameworks and materials.
• Foster an inclusive culture across geographies and adapt programs for SSC growth.
• Facilitate core programs to support leadership growth in APAC SSC teams.
• Ensure training programs are implemented as planned and prioritized by Business Partners.
• Align APAC leadership enrolment with L&L priorities.
• Measure and report training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
