Job summary

lululemon is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end DC and logistics projects in APAC. You will plan, govern budgets, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery with cross-functional teams across operations, IT, finance and procurement.

The role requires strong communication, regional logistics knowledge, and experience with WMS and carrier tech. On-site work in Hong Kong with global collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of Project or Program management experience.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan) and multicarrier tech solutions (Nshift/Centiro).
• Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape and regulatory aspects.
• Proven carrier negotiation and contract management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptivity in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English; Chinese/Korean/Japanese a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, APAC region.
• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, align with global objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources per scope and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance and procurement for delivery.
• Engage with carriers and logistics providers for integration and implementation.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Oversee new DC/fulfilment capability implementations and system integrations (TMS/WMS).
• Work with carriers to align service expectations, optimize routes, improve delivery.
• Support post-implementation performance improvements and SLA compliance.
• Identify risks in multi-carrier logistics and regulatory challenges; mitigate them.
