Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Environment to lead environmental sustainability across its APAC manufacturing network, driving climate, waste, and water initiatives across suppliers and mills.

You will partner with sustainability, sourcing, production, legal and product quality to deliver measurable improvements, manage a team of 8–10 experts, and represent lululemon in regional industry collaborations.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in apparel or footwear supply chains.
• 10 years implementing environmental or product sustainability programs related to climate and/or water.
• Direct experience working with suppliers on environmental programs.
• Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional engagement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with external groups in the supply chain and across the industry.
• 5 years experience building and managing a team.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental sustainability strategy across manufacturing partners throughout Asia.
• Lead implementation of supply chain decarbonization programs to support Scope 3 emissions reduction goals.
• Create and execute vendor decarbonization roadmap toward 2030 and 2050 Science-Based targets.
• Lead regional water stewardship initiatives focused on high-risk locations.
• Establish performance expectations and measure progress against them.
• Partner with industry stakeholders to define multi-brand solutions to industry problems.
• Represent in regional collaborations including aii, ACEC, and Cascale.
• Serve as the senior regional environmental expert integrating sustainability into sourcing and production teams.
• Lead a team of 8-10 environmental and supply chain experts.
