Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Fulfillment Project Manager to lead end-to-end DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with operations, IT, finance and procurement to ensure successful delivery.

You will engage carriers for seamless integration, oversee new fulfilment capabilities, and align with global objectives while driving improvements in delivery performance and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Project or Program management experience.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan) and Multicarrier Parcel Engine tech solutions (Nshift, Centiro) is a plus.
• Strong APAC supply chain knowledge, carrier networks, and negotiations.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC.
• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and align with regional and global logistics objectives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, finance and procurement.
• Engage with external carriers and logistics providers for seamless integration and implementation.
• Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and carriers, providing status updates.
• Oversee implementation of new DC and fulfilment capabilities, ensuring system integration (TMS/WMS).
• Work with carriers to align service expectations, optimize routes and improve delivery performance.
• Support post-implementation reviews to identify improvements and SLAs compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks in multi-carrier logistics operations.
