Job summary

Terra Nova Telecom in Hong Kong is seeking a professional to develop and deliver solution demonstrations, present products at events, and translate customer needs into actions. You will maintain CRM records, liaise with management, and contribute to tender proposals.

The ideal candidate has a degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of experience in software solutions or consultancy, with strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua communication. On-site, Hong Kong-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, MIS or CS.
• Minimum 3 years in software solutions, system integration, or consultancy across FSI, Commercial, or Education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and delivery of solution demonstrations, presenting the product to customers and at field events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, or other marketing events.
• Able to convey customer requirements to Management, manage and interpret customer requirements, communicate with clients to understand, meet and anticipate their needs, maintain records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM and establish internal communication systems.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of Terra Nova Solutions, communicate any operational problems internally on a timely basis.
• Assist in preparation of tender proposals to distinguish Terra Nova’s unique solution(s).
• Developing support material for other members of the sales team.
• Achieve performance standards and goals set by Management.
• Timely report to Management regarding daily performance and activities. Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings.
• Understanding of products, services and pricing models.
• Responsible for follow up with clients, review guidelines/process to ensure that fraudulent clients are not accepted.
