Career International 科锐国际 in Hong Kong seeks a solution consultant to work with government and enterprise clients, shaping AI and smart meeting solutions and steering the full tender process from needs discovery to delivery.

The role emphasizes genuine consulting ownership with no sales quota. You will design proposals, craft tender documentation, and guide client reviews, leveraging GeBIZ know-how and strong Cantonese and English writing skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in informatization or enterprise IT; 2+ years in pre-sales, solution development, or consulting.
Demonstrated ability to independently produce technical proposals, tender documentation, and solution architecture materials.
Familiarity with Hong Kong government procurement processes (GeBIZ experience is a strong advantage).
Native or near-native Cantonese fluency; professional English for proposals and client correspondence.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research into client informatization needs across conference, office, and enterprise sectors, and independently develop tailored solutions.
Design, plan, and present customized solution proposals; guide client review meetings and reporting sessions.
Prepare project quotation lists, technical specifications, and full bidding and tendering documentation in compliance with Hong Kong government procurement processes (including GeBIZ).
Identify and analyze industry trends and customer requirements within the Hong Kong market to drive solution innovation and project delivery.
Empower and upskill regional sales teams through regular training on product solutions and sales toolkits.
