Job summary

Capco is seeking an AI Product Owner to shape AI-driven banking solutions for risk, underwriting and lending. You will bridge business priorities with technical delivery, guiding AI products from discovery to value delivery within a leading corporate and investment banking environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers and risk teams to ensure responsible AI practices, governance and auditable decision‑making, while delivering scalable AI workflows that create measurable

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager translating business needs into prioritised roadmaps and outcomes.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts including model deployment and monitoring.
Experience delivering AI/data solutions in financial services, especially risk, lending or credit decisioning.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver AI product strategy for credit risk, lending and decisioning.
Lead discovery, prioritisation and business case development for AI initiatives.
Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
Partner with data science, engineering and platform teams to scale AI solutions.
Ensure AI governance, model risk management and regulatory alignment with human oversight.
