Synpulse Hong Kong Limited invites applications for a Manager - AI Product Owner within Private Banking and Wealth Management. Lead across Asia, shaping AI-enabled product roadmaps and translating business opportunities into practical AI use cases and requirements.

You will work with Business, Operations, Control, Technology, Data, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with governance, risk standards and adoption metrics. Strong experience in Agile and banking domain knowledge is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of experience in project management, product development, product ownership, business analysis or change delivery.
• Demonstrated Product Owner capabilities, ideally gained through AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience delivering roadmaps, prioritisation, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of Private Wealth Management processes, banking products, client-servicing journeys, controls, data usage and adoption considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on AI solution design, data flows, platform architecture, integration methods, and reporting needs.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously update the AI product roadmap across Private Wealth Management Asia.
• Balance priorities from business, control and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure the product backlog is ready for execution with epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and shape solutions.
• Develop understanding of processes, workflows, controls and data to determine where AI adds value.
• Evaluate impact of AI solutions across end-to-end workflows and adoption readiness.
• Partner with technology teams on implementation trade-offs.
• Contribute to the full AI product lifecycle from discovery to post-implementation review.
