Job summary

Synpulse Holding AG, a global management and technology consultancy with Swiss roots, seeks an AI Product Owner to coordinate across Private Wealth Management Asia domains. You will shape AI-enabled products, align with business and technology partners, and drive adoption outcomes.

Role requires strong product ownership, Agile delivery, and deep knowledge of wealth management processes. Collaborate with Business, Operations, Data and Control teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and data-driven capabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of Private Wealth Management processes and banking products.
• Ability to translate banking knowledge into actionable product requirements.
• Experience with roadmap delivery, backlog preparation, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously update the AI product roadmap for Asia Private Wealth Management.
• Prioritize requirements across business, control and technology stakeholders.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Identify AI opportunities and shape solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Assess AI solution impact on end-to-end workflows, data and controls.
• Collaborate with tech teams on integration, data flows, and architecture.
• Support full AI product lifecycle from discovery to post-implementation review.
