Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery across Insurance Product Implementation, Campaign Implementation, and healthcare initiatives. The role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and leadership to drive onshore and offshore delivery, ensure governance, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
Experience: At least 10 years in IT, including systems analysis, development, delivery, or support with leadership responsibility.
Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of Insurance Product Implementation, Campaign Implementation, and other initiatives.
Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery resources, vendors, and multiple priorities.
Lead testing activities, release planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
Provide technical advice and drive adoption of AI-enabled practices across the SDLC.
