The Role

At Capco, we're looking for a Product Manager to help deliver innovative AI and digital transformation solutions for leading financial services organisations.

You'll work at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, helping clients turn ambitious ideas into practical, scalable solutions. Combining product management expertise with a strong understanding of governance and regulated environments, you'll ensure initiatives are clearly defined, delivery-ready and aligned with business objectives.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technology, product, risk and business functions, bringing structure, transparency and momentum to complex transformation programs.

You'll also champion AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI tools and automation to streamline processes, improve decision-making and accelerate delivery while maintaining appropriate human oversight and responsible AI practices.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Product Delivery: Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes, ensuring technology initiatives are positioned for successful execution.
• Enable AI Transformation: Support the delivery of AI-powered solutions, leveraging approved AI tools and intelligent automation to improve efficiency, strengthen insights and enhance delivery quality, with appropriate human review.
• Embed Governance & Delivery Excellence: Coordinate delivery readiness, risk assessments, stakeholder approvals and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions progress through appropriate governance frameworks with clear accountability.
• Connect Business & Technology: Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, risk specialists and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, align resources and resolve delivery challenges.
• Deliver Measurable Value: Support business case development, track performance against agreed success measures and identify opportunities to simplify processes, reuse existing capabilities and maximise business benefits.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in product management, technology transformation or digital delivery within financial services or another regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of product delivery frameworks, requirements definition, stakeholder management and governance processes, with the ability to navigate complex technology environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and supporting delivery readiness across business, technology and risk functions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
• An understanding of AI-enabled delivery and responsible AI principles, with curiosity about using approved AI tools to improve productivity, quality and decision‑making while applying sound human judgement.

Bonus Points For

• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation or data‑driven transformation initiatives within financial services.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI governance, including model evaluation, monitoring, explainability, fairness and data privacy considerations.
• Experience working in Agile, product‑led or multidisciplinary technology delivery environments.
• Exposure to business case development, benefits realisation, performance measurement or technology investment planning.
• Experience applying AI‑enabled workflows, automation or reusable technology capabilities to simplify delivery processes and improve operational effectiveness.
