Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, technology transformation or digital delivery within financial services or another regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of product delivery frameworks, requirements definition, stakeholder management and governance processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and delivery readiness across business, technology and risk functions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AI-enabled delivery and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Support AI-powered solutions delivery, leveraging approved AI tools and automation with human review.
• Coordinate governance, risk assessments, stakeholder approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, risk specialists and business stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Support business case development, track performance against success measures and identify process improvements.
