Capco invites an AI & ML Engineer to join our Hong Kong team, delivering scalable AI-powered applications for financial services. You’ll prototype, build and deploy AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, while focusing on responsible AI and robust evaluation.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into production-ready systems, optimize performance, and ensure secure, compliant deployment in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python programming and production-grade API development.
• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, prototype and deploy scalable AI/ML applications for business challenges.
• Develop AI solutions with LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI workflows, including prompt engineering and integration.
• Fine-tune models to improve accuracy, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails and monitoring for responsible AI and governance.
• Collaborate with business, product and data teams to translate requirements into production-ready systems.
