Job summary

Notteka, an AI productivity platform, is seeking an Online Sales & Operations Executive to grow our customer base and streamline day-to-day activities. The role involves handling inquiries in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, demonstrating Notteka’s offerings, and driving online sales from contact to conversion.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, business development, e-commerce or operations, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, e-commerce, digital marketing or operations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities in multiple languages.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through online channels and partnerships.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and understand customers’ needs in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Demonstrate Notteka’s products to prospective customers and close opportunities.
• Manage the online sales process from initial contact to conversion.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners and accounts.
• Support onboarding, activation and post-sale inquiries.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions and growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on metrics.
