Alibaba Cloud is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support setting up and landing overseas business strategies and to streamline the sales-operations system.

You will work with sales, marketing, products, finance and backend teams to drive overseas revenue growth, based on market insights and customer pipeline management. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required to collaborate with teams in China and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations; cloud company experience preferred.
• Excellent data analysis skills; act as a consultant to provide business-driven solutions.
• Rich knowledge in pipeline management and key customer management.

Responsabilités

• Support sales lead setting up and landing Alibaba Cloud's overseas business strategy.
• Build and streamline the sales-operations business system.
• Collaborate with sales teams and technical architects to drive overseas revenue growth.
• Coordinate with cross-department teams (sales, marketing, products, finance) to drive business.
• Provide feedback from customers and sales teams to backend teams.
