Job summary

Keeta, an independent brand under Meituan, seeks a senior merchant development and operations leader in Hong Kong to drive growth, partnership with the platform, and expand brand reach from day one.

You will lead brand initiatives, leverage data to optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-growing startup with an AI-native workflow. Fluent English and Cantonese are required, with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Customer centric, self motivated and highly committed to achieving goals and delivering results.
• Demonstrated business development acumen, engaging with C-level management and articulating complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient in operational and data analysis, strong business sense and judgment, deriving actionable insights.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability to changing business landscapes.
• Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the merchant development and operation of the brands under jurisdiction, and for user promotion and scale improvement to achieve targets.
• Promote in-depth cooperation between brands and the platform in brand marketing, promotion activities, and user operations.
• Understand brand operations and help brands develop delivery solutions, guiding customer delivery operation through data analysis.
• Establish communication between brand and distribution to improve the brand delivery service experience.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate brand performance analysis, automate reporting, and streamline cross-functional communication.
