King Deux Search & Consulting is recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to join their client’s team in the Web3, SocialFi and Crypto space in Hong Kong. You will drive acquisition, engagement and retention through data-driven campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, 3+ years in growth/digital/e-commerce marketing, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders.
• Strong passion and experience in the Web3 industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of growth marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new customers, increase user engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Collaborate with the product, content, and design teams to create high-performing assets and content for marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, social media, paid advertising, and search engine marketing.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage and mentor a team of growth marketing specialists to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
