Job summary

Links International is seeking a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate demand generation and growth across Hong Kong and Greater China. You will build and optimize a scalable demand engine, drive qualified pipeline, and deliver measurable marketing ROI across digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and AI-enabled campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing or revenue marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM and other digital channels.
• Proven success in generating qualified pipeline and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experience owning marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
• Strong analytics, attribution, conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent.
• Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand generation funnel from lead acquisition to pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and growth.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing with revenue objectives.
• Build lead scoring, nurturing and routing processes to improve conversions.
• Manage paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM and other platforms.
• Drive SEO/SEM and GEO initiatives to boost visibility and inbound demand.
• Optimize CRM/marketing automation to improve lead management and reporting.
• Measure ROI, ROAS, and campaign performance; report to senior stakeholders.
