Care & Bloom is building a high-growth, AI-native consumer health brand. You will own the creator community end-to-end—from sourcing to nurturing—and turn relationships into a content engine that expands brand reach.

You will be the best community builder on the team, tackling the hardest creator relationships, crafting playbooks for scale, and partnering with founders to ship fast and authentically. This role is on-site in Hong Kong with openness to remote work where feasible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management, influencer, or talent management at a DTC brand.
• Proven ability to source, brief, and nurture creator relationships.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills; ability to set a positive tone for the community.

• Source, filter, brief, and nurture creators across IG, TikTok, and beyond.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow affiliate ambassadors.
• Mobilize brand advocates and key cultural moments across platforms.
