Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in project/product/technology delivery roles.
• Professional certification in Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Proven success delivering technology, AI, data, or digital transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into practical solution designs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data solutions from intake to measurement.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and define objectives.
• Translate business needs into practical AI/data solution designs.
• Develop and maintain solution requirements, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Manage delivery backlog and align resources with priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices for planning, tracking, and risk control.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coach teams on translating requirements into technical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CLP governance, AI governance and data policies.
• Measure solution performance and business value, and report outcomes.
