Job summary

Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced AI Data Solutions Manager to drive pre-sales and customer engagement for enterprise AI and cloud data solutions. You will design data and AI solutions, lead discovery sessions, prepare proposals and tenders, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

The role requires 8+ years in AI, data analytics or digital transformation consulting, with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, and client engagement.
• Proven experience in RFP, RFI, and tender preparation.
• Hands-on experience in solution design, PoC delivery, and implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand business and technical requirements and design data and AI solutions.
• Lead workshops and solution discovery sessions; prepare proposals, RFIs, and tender responses.
• Provide strategic consulting guidance and ensure successful transition from pre-sales to delivery teams.
