We+ Asia & PhoenixDX in Hong Kong seek a delivery leader who can shape solutions and own end-to-end delivery across data, AI, and digital transformation. You will work directly with clients to translate their challenges into delivery plans, participate in pre-sales, and guide projects from kickoff to go-live.

Qualifications

7+ years across software delivery, data/AI programme management, consulting, or digital transformation.
Hands-on experience across the full delivery lifecycle on data or AI projects.
Genuine data and AI fluency, cloud platforms, ML deployment, able to lead technical conversations.
Comfortable in pre-sales: shaping solutions, writing proposals, presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery on data, AI, and digital transformation engagements: governance, scope, budget, and timeline.
Manage cross-functional delivery teams: data engineers, AI specialists, developers, BAs, and client resources.
Ensure architectural quality on data and AI projects — pipeline design, deployment, integration patterns, platform choices.
Translate complex data and AI topics into clear business communication for senior stakeholders.
Drive quality, velocity, and client satisfaction.
