About the Company

A local listed company is investing in enterprise AI capabilities and is looking for a commercially minded delivery leader to turn AI potential into measurable operational improvements.

About the Role

Reporting to the department head and leading a small team, you will sit at the intersection of business transformation and technology. You will identify practical use cases, shape business-led products and oversee their implementation with internal technology teams and specialist partners. The role will suit someone who can move comfortably between senior executives, operational teams, product specialists, technology stakeholders and external vendors. You will be expected to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, prioritize opportunities and ensure initiatives progress beyond proof-of-concept into sustained use. Identify and evaluate AI, automation and digital-workflow opportunities across different business functions so that you can develop use-case proposals that articulate the problem, proposed approach, value case, implementation considerations, success measures and adoption plan. Partner with IT, data, architecture, security and risk teams to establish feasible, compliant and supportable delivery approaches. Lastly, coordinate delivery teams and third-party providers across design, development, user validation, release and post-launch stabilization. Set up and manage delivery governance, including milestones, investment tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, decision logs and executive reporting.

The Successful Candidate

• Around 10+ more years of relevant experience in technology-enabled business transformation, digital product delivery, enterprise applications, innovation, business analysis, consulting or programme delivery.
• A track record of converting business challenges into implemented technology solutions, rather than limiting involvement to strategy, ideation or advisory work.
• Practical exposure to enterprise AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, process mining, workflow digitization or data-driven products.
• Experience delivering initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups, shared technology platforms, regulated processes or complex operational dependencies.
• Proven ability to engage senior business leaders while maintaining credibility with architects, engineers, security specialists, data teams and external implementation partners.
• Experience working in a large corporate, regional organisation, conglomerate, regulated enterprise or multi-entity business is preferred.
• Working knowledge of current AI concepts and deployment patterns, including large language models, generative AI, agentic workflows, knowledge retrieval, prompt-based applications and automation.
• Ability to assess solution feasibility across data availability, system connectivity, identity controls, cybersecurity, privacy, resilience, audit requirements and ongoing support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem, such as Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Fabric or similar technologies, would be useful but is not mandatory.
• Strong commercial judgement and an ability to distinguish high-value use cases from technology experiments with limited business impact.
• Confident communicator in both English and Chinese.
