Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in technology with data/AI transformation, strong leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

About the role

Reporting to the department head, you will work closely with business stakeholders and partnering with the tech team to drive strategic data, BI, analytics, Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across the group. You will act as the central orchestrator across business units and teams in Product, BI, Data, Analytics, AI and Technology, ensuring programmes are clearly defined, value-led and well-governed. Your remit is to translate business needs into executable road maps, define scope and sequencing, and steer initiatives from initial design through delivery, adoption and steady-state operations. Bridge business and technical perspectives, leveraging strong AI literacy to translate advanced GenAI and Agentic AI concepts into practical, actionable plans for teams. This is a high-impact manager-level role at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics/AI, requiring sound judgment and strong influence without direct authority. Lastly, navigate and manage strategic trade-offs, balancing ambition with technical and operational feasibility to enable successful delivery of data- and AI-intensive initiatives.

The successful applicant
