Job summary

SOCIF LIMITED is seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager in Hong Kong to drive growth in AI and AIoT project pipelines. You will identify, pursue, and close complex B2B projects, acting as a bridge between client technical needs and our internal development team.

Responsibilities include building a sales pipeline across Smart City, Logistics, Retail, and Manufacturing; translating client pain points into AI/AIoT solutions; leading proposals and negotiations; and managing long-term client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales, specifically in IT solutions, SaaS, or IoT/Hardware integration.
• Ability to articulate AI/AIoT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Established network in Hong Kong across public sectors, enterprise, or property management.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for AI/AIoT projects in target sectors.
• Translate client pain points into AI/AIoT solutions and drive proposals.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage full sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to generate repeat business.
