Job summary

Pathsight Limited is seeking a senior AI architect to design and drive the company’s AI application architecture and technical roadmap in Hong Kong. You will evaluate leading AI technologies and establish unified standards to enable scalable, multi-scenario deployments.

You will lead PoC verification, solution design, and large-scale implementation while coordinating with business teams to identify AI use cases and quantify ROI. Strong expertise in LLM stacks and microservices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering or related majors.
• 5+ years of software architecture or technical management experience, with 3+ years AI project experience.
• Proficient in mainstream LLM stacks (GPT, Claude, Tongyi Qianwen, etc.) and practical logic.
• Familiar with Agent framework technologies with project implementation exposure.
• Master core AI development: API integration, RAG, fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Familiar with enterprise system integration and API design, with microservices experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate the company’s AI application architecture and technical roadmap.
• Evaluate, select and introduce cutting-edge AI technologies and set unified standards.
• Build scalable AI architectures for rapid multi-scenario deployment.
• Identify AI application scenarios with business teams across units.
• Lead full technical lifecycle: PoC, solution design, full-scale implementation.
• Summarize best practices and enable cross-departmental reuse.
• Establish metrics to quantify AI benefits like efficiency and cost reduction.
• Monitor operation data, collect feedback, and optimize solutions.
• Sort out transformation progress and ROI data, reporting to management.
