Job summary

Innox AI Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development Manager to actively develop reseller partnerships, identify and recruit channel partners, and enable market expansion across AI solutions.

You will engage in frontline selling, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while forecasting revenue and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Around 5 years of relevant IT solution selling experience.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable being out in the field frequently.
• Able to work independently and engage professionally with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Highly proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop reseller partnerships — identify, outreach, recruit, and enable channel partners to expand market coverage
• Engage in frontline selling, including customer visits, partner visits, solution pitching, opportunity development, and deal follow-through
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution positioning, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiation
• Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline
• Provide accurate revenue forecasting
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery and business outcomes
• Maintain ownership of commercial results
