Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Native Cantonese and strong English communication skills.
- Strong experience in Waterfall-to-Agile transformation.
- Hands-on Scrum and Agile coaching expertise.
- Stakeholder and leadership management capabilities.
- Agile governance and Scrum framework knowledge.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Agile metrics and reporting experience.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Preferred: CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead Waterfall-to-Agile transformation initiatives across programs and teams.
- Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement practices.
- Coach Scrum teams, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles.
- Establish and govern Scrum ceremonies, practices, and delivery frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove impediments to delivery.
- Promote Agile governance, transparency, and accountability.
- Monitor and report Agile metrics to support decision-making.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to manage Agile delivery.
- Act as a change agent supporting organizational transformation.
- Enable effective collaboration across distributed teams.
