Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple application teams in Hong Kong. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, streamline delivery, manage blockers, risks, and dependencies, and partner with cross‑functional groups to ensure on‑time releases.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, solid Jira experience, and a proven ability to coordinate several streams, align stakeholders, and maintain transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Scrum Master/Agile Delivery roles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proficient in Jira for backlog and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for application delivery teams and ensure Agile practices are followed.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and delivery meetings to drive action and closure.
• Support end-to-end delivery including QA, UAT, and release coordination.
• Use Jira to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate multiple products and delivery streams with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with local, remote, offshore, and vendor teams for alignment.
• Identify blockers and escalation points; manage risks and dependencies.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Masterto drive Agile delivery and support application development teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage delivery execution across multiple teams/streams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of blockers, risks, and dependencies. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master (or Agile Delivery Lead) for application delivery teams, ensuring Agile practices are followed and continuously improved.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and delivery meetings to keep discussions action-oriented, tracked, and taken to closure.
• Support end-to-end delivery execution, including system enhancements, production support, QA, UAT, and release coordination.
• Use Jira to manage backlogs, track sprint/workflow progress, manage issues, maintain dashboards/reporting, and ensure accurate delivery data.
• Coordinate multiple products, product teams, and delivery streams concurrently, ensuring clear priorities, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Partner with local, remote, distributed, offshore, and vendor teams to maintain alignment, communication, ownership, and delivery visibility.
• Identify, track, and escalation blockers, dependencies, overdue items, delivery risks, and key decision points in a timely manner.
• Work closely with stakeholders across BA, Development, QA, PMO, Infrastructure/Platform, Information Security, vendors, and business users to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Scrum Master/Agile Delivery, IT project coordination, application development coordination, software delivery support, or a related role.
• Strong experience supporting application development delivery, including enhancements, production support, QA, UAT, and release coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira (backlog management, sprint/workflow tracking, issue management, dashboards, reporting).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and delivery streams with strong prioritization and dependency management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to drive execution through structured follow-up and escalation.
