Job summary

Accenture Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives for leading clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage.
Background or project experience in insurance operations (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, New Business, etc.)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Identify business challenges and develop effective digital solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional on/offshore teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Analyze and assess functional impacts across front-to-back applications.
Conduct requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for business value creation.
Design and document new business processes and system enhancements.
Support the development of project plans, timelines, and business assessments.
Participate in testing and deployment activities, and design and deliver user training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
