Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Scrum Master in Hong Kong to drive technical delivery as part of an Agile Transformation team. The successful candidate will refine Agile Frameworks and optimize toolings like Jira and Azure DevOps to enhance project delivery.

The role also requires strong Agile knowledge and experience, coupled with effective communication skills across business and development teams.

Expected salary ranges from 30-50K HKD, depending on experience, along with benefits such as annual leave and a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery, preferably in Banking or FinTech.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical delivery as a core member of the Agile Transformation team.
• Refine Agile Framework for security project delivery.
• Optimize Agile & DevOps tooling for automation.
• Guide sprint planning balancing technical debt and efficiency.
