Job summary

Cognizant in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Agile Transformation Leader to drive Waterfall-to-Agile initiatives across multiple programs. You will coach Scrum teams, guide leadership on Agile principles, and establish robust delivery frameworks.

• Preferred: CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
