About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented After-Sales Support Assistant to support our product testing and after-sales service activities. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.

The primary responsibility is to inspect and test temperature measurement devices returned by customers, verify reported faults, and document the findings. The role also involves routine equipment inspections, maintenance coordination, and customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test returned temperature measurement devices to verify reported faults and assess functionality.
• Prepare reports documenting test results, inspection findings, and any repairs or follow-up actions required.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and assist with preventive and corrective maintenance as appropriate.
• Provide on-site support at clients’ premises, including quick equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and collection of devices for further testing or servicing.
• Coordinate equipment collection and return arrangements with clients.
• Maintain accurate repair records, equipment maintenance histories, and service activity logs.
• Work closely with the sales team to prioritise testing, inspection, and maintenance requests.
• Keep clients informed of inspection results, repair progress, and equipment return arrangements

Requirements

• Responsible, patient, and attentive to detail.
• Able to follow testing procedures and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, for report preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronic equipment or experience in product testing, equipment inspection, or after-sales service would be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn product functions, testing methods, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
