Job summary

Find Asia Limited is seeking a Service Executive in Hong Kong to handle after-sales service for customers and distributors, and to visit and assess distributor performance. You will review stock and orders, maintain strong distributor relationships, and coordinate visits. English fluency and MS Office skills are essential.

Experience in customer visit coordination is preferred; the role offers training and a stable 5-day work week in a homeware sector. Trips to distributors may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with relevant experience in customer visits/coordination preferred.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service to customers and distributors.
• Visit and review distributor performance; conduct market research for new products promotions.
• Review and check stock and orders from distributors.
• Maintain good relationships with distributors and dealers; coordinate visits as needed.
• Check delivery schedules, lead times and pricing with distributors.

Duties:

• Provide after-sales service to customers and distributors
• Visit and review performance of distributors, dealers, and market research of competitors and wholesales market situation for new products promotion
• Review and check stock and orders from the distributors
• Keep good relationship with distributors and dealers , visit and coordinate from time to time
• Check the delivery schedule, lead time and price of the distributors

Requirements

• Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holders
• With working experience related to clients/ customers visit and coordination is preferred
• Good command of English in spoken and written
• Good PC Knowledge with excellent MS Office skills
