Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Service Manager (Technical) for Home Appliances to lead technical support for major appliances and collaborate with QA, training, and product release teams. You will collect field data, prepare quality reports, and drive product improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years in product support, strong data analysis with Excel, and fluency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua to liaise with HQ and service partners.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in product supporting.
Basic knowledge in White Goods products.
Good data analysis skills in Excel.
Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support on Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air-conditioner.
Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance.
Prepare quality reports, product enhancement requests to HQ.
Participate in technical training, QA and beta testing activities.
Participate in new products technical support and deliver reviews.
Assist in the generation and review of technical materials and bulletins.
Monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers (repairing services).
