Job summary

Get More Resources Limited is seeking an Engineer to assist in aftersales service activities for BMU services and maintenance in Hong Kong. You will prepare quotations, submissions and related documentation following group policies while supporting site inspections and material sourcing.

You will also renew maintenance contracts, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure invoicing accuracy, and participate in ad hoc projects as required. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience in service sales or building maintenance is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aftersales service activities of BMU services and maintenance.
• Involve in quotation preparation, tender submission or related documentation works following group policies.
• Support in site inspection, material sourcing, renewal of maintenance and service contracts etc.
• Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and progress of works (work management) compliance with the requirement.
• Ensure work done of the team is properly invoiced and payment is received.
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned
