Aufgaben

• Assist the Admission Manager to oversee bed management and patients admission, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for bed booking and admission procedures.
• Lead the hospital operator team to manage incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and personnel.
• Supervise the admission and operator teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Regularly analyze admission data, patient flow trends, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and prepare management reports.
• Assist with developing and implementing policies to streamline admission processes and improve patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure seamless patient transitions and effective communication.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate admission arrangements, such as medical professionals, clinics or insurance companies.
• Manage admission fee advisory, deposits collection and ensure proper documentation of payment.
• Assist with emergency protocols and communicate effectively during urgent situations; and
• Perform any other duties related to the post as assigned by seniors.
