Job summary

Town Health Medical & Dental Services Limited invites an experienced professional to join as Assistant General Manager (Healthcare / Clinic / Medical) in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily clinic operations, drive efficient, patient-centric service delivery, and provide operational solutions to clinics, doctors, specialists, and dentists.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' management experience in healthcare, medical centres, clinic operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, healthcare compliance and HK regulations.
• Familiar with HMO, medical insurance, corporate healthcare services, and provider networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic network and ensure smooth, patient-centric service delivery.
• Provide operational solutions and support to clinics, doctors, specialists, and dentists.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, HMOs, insurers, corporate clients and partners.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer service and patient complaints professionally.
• Drive service enhancement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with HMOs, insurers, and corporate accounts.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, professional standards and company policies.
• Lead strategic projects and support business growth initiatives.
• Assist in Ad-hoc Projects as assigned.
