HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited seeks a Senior Hospital Foreman to oversee hospital support services including housekeeping, security, waste management and facilities operations at CMHHK in Hong Kong.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in Chinese and English. The successful candidate will coordinate service providers, manage rosters, and contribute to safety and efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' supervisory or management experience in supporting services/facility management.
• Familiar with operations of supporting services and security.
• Good command of Chinese and English; able to write Chinese and English.
• Reliable, proactive with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping, security, waste management, and other supporting services.
• Liaise with user departments and contractors to monitor quality and performance.
• Assist seniors to review outsourced service providers' performance.
• Prepare staff rosters, records, and training plans.
• Assist in guideline creation, SOPs and work instructions.
• Prepare management reports and monitor equipment systems related to services.
