Macau Matters Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a part-time Administrator to support daily office operations from 9:30 to 13:00, Monday to Thursday, including procurement, filing and office services.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business Administration or above, 3–5 years of general office experience, speaks English and Cantonese, and is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential.
Macau Matters Company Limited is wholly-owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited established in July 2006 to operate various retail facilities in Macau, Hong Kong and Greater China.
Working Hours: 9:30 - 13:00 (Monday - Thursday)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily administrative works e.g. starting from 0930 daily cleaning services, receipt of mailing and Pantry supply etc.
Arrange Handy-man to general office maintenance work when it requires.
Maintain Pantry area in good order with sufficient water supply in Asset registers in record and physical controls
Prepare (normally on monthly basis) regular office supply purchase via E-Procurement systems, obtain quotations, preparation of Purchase Requisitions etc., that requires compliances with STHL procurement policies.
Oversee RMG general office administrative tasks including Staff on board/ departure arrangement, Overseas trip travelling arrangement, filing systems management, server room access, photocopier services liaison, order stationeries etc.
Print incoming mails from @reatilmatters.com.hk ; match vendor invoices in EXCEL; follow through its documentation approval procedures and pass to F&A for payment process
Prepare monthly STHL-Sustainability Report by recording Utilities usage
Support ad-hoc projects/ assignments, e.g. Collect information for updating reporting - Risk Registers, Company Stamps Control List, Contract list control, Insurance Control List, Photocopying etc.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or above
3-5 years' relevant experience in general office administration experiences
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese/ Cantonese
Good Microsoft Applications skills including EXCEL and POWERPOINT
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Mature mind set with focus in details
