Job duties:
Responsible for managing full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and employee relations of property management in Hong Kong and Macau;
Review, propose, update staff handbook and policies and procedures from time to time;
In charge of HR projects including manpower planning, performance management exercise, salary review and compensation & benefits program;
Handle employee relations such as staff disciplinary, labour cases and work injury cases;
Prepare and organize staff training and recreation activities;
Communicate regularly and work closely with site management team and Group HR;
Lead or participate in any ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when required.
Job requirement:
Degree Holder in HRM or relevant disciplines;
At least 8 years* HR generalist experience in sizable organizations, preferably in property management or service industries, with at least 5 years of experience in managerial position;
Good knowledge in employment ordinance and HR practices;
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
Proficient in MS Office;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, people oriented and a good team player;
Result oriented, flexible, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure.
