We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team across daily administration, programme coordination, and basic marketing content. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities and has an interest in education business, marketing and social media content. The successful candidate will take ownership of routine administrative and coordination tasks, allowing the team to focus on business development, client relationships and strategic growth.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Manage documents, filing, data entry and digital records.
Assist with formatting documents, presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
Maintain organised internal databases and records.
Maintain client and business development databases and pipelines.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and other business development materials.
Assist with routine enquiries and coordination.
Trim video clips, add subtitles/captions, music and basic transitions.
Organise photos, videos and other digital marketing assets.
Previous experience in administration, operations, marketing, customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Basic video editing skills, with experience using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
