Assist in planning and implementing center programs, including casework support, group sessions, and large-scale community events.
Support initiatives for children and parents, such as mental health promotion, child assessment services support, volunteer development, and workshops.
Support team members in co-leading groups and managing large events smoothly.
Handle event-related administrative and financial tasks;
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, handle service/event bookings and confirmations, coordinate pre- and post-event logistics, and manage on-site operations.
Welcome visitors and manage reception duties; follow up on email, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries; analyze service/event data and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
Assist in design marketing materials (e.g., posters), update social media platforms and center website, and assist with online promotion and recruitment.
Degree or Diploma in Psychology or related disciplines.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years or more of relevant working experience is a plus.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Mature, friendly, highly motivated, capable of working independently, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in standard computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Forms, Zoom, and other web-based tools.
Basic skills in video shooting/editing or graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are highly preferred.
Working Hours: 6 days per week, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays
