Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a detail‑oriented procurement support professional to assist the instrument division logistics. You will prepare documents, raise purchase orders, and help the logistics team ensure timely calibration and repairs.

You should have a minimum diploma in business with at least 3 years of related experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This full‑time role is based in North-East Hong Kong with standard Mon‑Fri hours.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Prepare documents and raise purchase orders
• Support logistics for instrument division
• Assist procurement to ensure calibration & repair are done timely
• Adhere to SOPs and keep data up-to-date
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
