Job summary

Ricoh Hong Kong Limited is seeking a sales professional to advise on Cybersecurity, SaaS, BaaS and Managed Services across diverse verticals in Hong Kong. You will work with Pre-Sales to spot new opportunities and drive revenue, while delivering a professional sales strategy to sustain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include proactive customer visits and strategic account reviews, with strong product knowledge in hardware and IT solutions. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience, IT/telecom preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware and IT solutions.
• Proven sales revenue track record and account management skills.
• Excellent English and Cantonese; Mandarin acceptable.

The Job:

• To provide professional advices on Cybersecurity, SaaS, BaaS & Managed Services to our existing and new potential customers (various vertical markets)
• Work closely with Pre-Sales teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business results
• Ensure a professional sales strategy to maintain long-term customer relationships
• Proactively visit customers and conduct strategic account reviews

The Person:

• High Diploma or above in Business, IT or related disciplines
• At least 1 years sales experience, preferably from IT / Telecom industry
• Strong products knowledge on hardware (e.g. PC, switches, routers, servers & DC) and solutions (e.g. applications, storage, networks, virtualization)
• Proven sales revenue record with excellent account management skill
• Excellent verbal (English, Cantonese) and written communication skills, fair mandarin
• Fresh graduate will be also considered
