Job summary

The Hong Kong Ice & Cold Storage Company Limited invites applications for Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth in the F&B / Catering market. You will conduct market research, prepare reports, and develop competitive strategies while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in retail or food services, excellent English, Chinese and Putonghua, and proficiency in MS Office. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Hotel and Catering Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in retail trade / food services, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and sales-oriented, with good customers network is an advantage.
• Mature, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive.

Responsibilities

Direct report to the Sr. Sales Development Manager and assist in achieving sales volume and profits targets’ growth and development by exploring new business opportunities and maintain good relationship with existing/new clients in F&B / Catering market

Handle customers’ enquiries and maximize the catering and pre/after sales services for the company and monitoring all sales activities

Prepare sales reports and analysis for the management review

Conduct marketing research on market trends to develop competitive strategies

Perform ad hoc project assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Hotel and Catering Management, Marketing or related discipline
