The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce seeks a dynamic Manager, Academy Sales & Operations to drive commercial growth and operational excellence for its Training Academy. The role focuses on expanding market presence across B2B and B2C segments, leading digital transformation initiatives, and supporting the establishment of formal educational frameworks and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in commercial sales, corporate training management, or executive education management.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate training development, or executive education management.
• Strong operational background with end-to-end project lifecycles and event logistics.
• Experience driving digital adoption, automation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with educational frameworks, accreditation, or grants is desirable.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute aggressive sales strategies targeting Chamber members and the broader business community.
• Lead end-to-end Academy activities including executive education courses and major youth initiatives.
• Manage trainer negotiations, program logistics and day-to-day delivery.
• Direct digital transformation projects to automate operational workflows and scale systems.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for revenue growth, market penetration, and participant satisfaction.
