Job summary

The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce is seeking an Academy Manager to lead our Training Academy, driving commercial growth and operational excellence across B2B and B2C. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• 6–8+ years in commercial sales, corporate training management, or executive education management.
• 2–3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate training development, or executive education management.
• Strong operational background with experience managing full project lifecycles and event logistics.
• Experience driving digital adoption, process automation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with educational frameworks, accreditation, or securing government/institutional grants is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and market expansion for the Training Academy.
• Lead design and scaling of recurring revenue training models.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of academy activities, including executive education and youth initiatives.
• Negotiate with trainers, manage program logistics, and ensure day-to-day delivery.
• Direct digital transformation projects to automate workflows and scale systems.
• Set and monitor KPIs for revenue growth, market penetration, and participant satisfaction.
• Support accreditation efforts and development of executive leadership courses and flagship awards.
• Identify and secure government-backed grants and subsidies to sustain commercial viability.
