Job summary

SCMP Learn is hiring an Associate Director to lead the Hong Kong Schools team and drive retention and expansion of our school subscription business. You will build enduring partnerships with school leaders and collaborate with Events, Marketing, Editorial, Product Management and Operations to achieve commercial and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in business development, sales leadership or institutional partnerships.
• Extensive network in HK primary/secondary schools is highly preferred.
• Proven track record launching and scaling multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across commercial, editorial and technical teams.
• Fluent English and Cantonese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HK Schools team to retain and grow school subscriptions.
• Build high-level, long-term relationships with Principals and English Panel Chairs.
• Embed SCMP Learn products into daily school life and curriculum ecosystems.
• Coordinate with Events, Marketing, Editorial, PM and Operations to execute campaigns and roadmaps.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing BD and relationships team with clear KPIs.
