Job summary

ASL Softwing Investment Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Technical Officer for the Network Operations Centre to monitor core networks 24x7, handle alarms, diagnose faults, and coordinate rapid restorations with carriers and engineering teams. You will contribute to incident logging, SLAs, maintenance, provisioning, testing, and change management.

Required education in telecom/IT and 1–2 years of experience; CCNA or equivalent certification is highly preferred; English and Cantonese/Mandarin

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in network operations or telecom environments.
• Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds may be considered for Assistant Technical Officer.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 network monitoring and alarm incident handling.
• Identify and diagnose real-time network alarms from OSS/NMS.
• Perform L1/L2 fault isolation, troubleshooting and recovery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and carriers to restore faults.
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system within SLAs.
• Provide status updates and restoration reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in preventive maintenance, backups, and scheduled maintenance.
• Support provisioning, circuit testing, and change management.
